Returns and Exchange

At The Black Box Co., our goal is to provide you a smooth and seamless gifting experience. We take great effort in delivering the highest quality products to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a policy, we do NOT accept returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.

In case you want to cancel your order, please email us at hello@theblackboxco.com within 3 hours of placing the order. Once the order goes into processing we will not be able to cancel the order.

When can you return a product?

A product can be returned for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect product received
  • Manufacturing defect/damage on the product received

What is the return process?

  • We accept returns only within 7 days from receipt of the product (Date the product was delivered as per tracking information)
  • Please send us images of the incorrect/ damaged/ defective product for us to ascertain the reason for return on hello@theblackboxco.com.
  • Once your return request has been approved, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organising a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our team will check the merchandise and the exchange process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it.

Please Note:

  • Product must be returned with the original packaging
  • Product should be unused and in the original condition
